  • Cost
    The cost per individual is $165 (spouses may attend for $140 more) until September 4th. After September 4th, the price increases to $180. Alumni/ae receive a discounted conerence rate of $140 and a special alumni/ae lunch with President Hollinger. Registrations do not include housing or meals. Meals packages are an additional cost, and must be purchased in advance: $40 for 2 lunches, 2 dinners, $16 for 2 lunches, and $8 Wednesday lunch only (Alumni/ae lunch). The alumni/ae lunch on Wednesday is included in the meal packages.

    A group rate is available for groups of five or more people. The group rate is $140 per person. All registrations must be submitted by September 4th. After September 4th, the late registration fee applies to all individuals and groups. Register early. Seating is limited.

  • Confirmations and Cancellations
    Your cancelled check or credit card statement indicates receipt of your registration. Online registrations will receive an email confirmation of the order.
    Cancellations must be received by the morning of October 2nd to receive a refund less a $10 processing fee. After October 2nd, no refunds will be issued.

  • Lodging
    A block of rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard Marriott in Danvers and SpringHill Suites in Peabody until September 21st for conference participants. After September 21st, the block room rate will be offered on a space- and rate-available basis. Participants "The Gordon-Conwell Room Block".

  • Directions to the Seminary
    The conference will take place in the Academic Center and Chapel. Take Rte. 128 North (toward Gloucester) to Exit 17 (Grapevine Road). Turn left off of the exit ramp and continue past Gordon College. Take your first right onto Rte. 22 (Rubbly Road). Turn left at the first stop sign (Essex Street). The entrance to Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary will be 200 yards ahead on the right. Follow the “Conference” signs.

    Transportation to and from the seminary is not provided.
